### Hi there,
my name is *schmittlauch* – in its long form *Trolli Schmittlauch* – at least in large parts of the internet an its associated communities.
From now on I am going to share my thoughts and projects on this site. As a computer scientist I like to follow current technological developments and their societal embedding, privacy, and Free Software. I am also excited about everything federated an decentralised[^1].
But other non-technical topics from everyday life, political debates, or culture are likely to appear in my [blog posts](./blog/) at some point.
