eab86cf718 unify overlays 
We used to have overlay definitions in home/overlays and
packages/default. Let's unify them.
Using the exposed overlay from the flake required some changes in the
home-manager config though.

adc9daae84 python3Packages.spsdk: disable tests to unbreak pynitrokey 
The tests of spsdk time out on slower machines like thinknix. Disabling them via overlay
to fix the system build.

TODO: raise this upstream

a23072866f hosts/framenix: reduce power consumption with proper PPD CPU + ABM 
- patch PPD to properly set the powersave level for the spu as well
- enable adaptive backlight management at lowest level
